Château du Rouët Description

A refreshing blast of rose petal aromas give way to crisp minerality loaded with notes of cherry blossom, raspberry and strawberries. This classically dry Provencal rose is made from 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 20% Cinsault. This salmon colored wine has a fruity palate and a long, rich aftertaste. Goes well with cured meet, grilled white meat, and spicy dishes.
